The SUMMER PAID-INTERNSHIP PROGRAM is a structured and supervised work experience opportunity designed for high school Juniors and Seniors or those that are 16 years old at time of interview. The program provides candidates, commonly known as interns, with hands-on experience in a specific field or industry. Not only does the program offer opportunity for paid hands-on experience with a local business, but it also offers academic credit depending on the organization and institution of higher education.

candidate eligibility requirements

  • Collin County Resident
  • HS Junior, Senior or Recent Graduate (must be 16 years old)
  • Recommendation by an Educator, Community Leaders, etc.
