For more than a decade, AEYL has been the driving force behind teen and young adult empowerment and leadership development in McKinney and Collin County—igniting purpose, building character, and inspiring the next generation of trailblazers.

The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (AEYL) offers Leadership and Life Skills Development, Academic Success, Career Skills Training and Workforce Placement programs in McKinney and throughout Collin County. Our programs empower teens (12-17) and young adults (19-24) build leadership skills, boost confidence, and prepare for a quality lifestyle. 

Rooted in community and fueled by trust, AEYL has reached over 8,300 households and dedicated more than 21,900 hours of service—not just mentoring teens but transforming the lives of families. Through mentorship circles, leadership intensives, and strategic partnerships, we help teens and young adults uncover their potential, find their voice, and lead with purpose.
